SEAPORT Enhance (Seaport-e)

The McKenna Principals is a prime contractor on Seaport-e Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Seaport-e supports Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps, provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices, as well as provide professional support services to the overall Navy, and Marine Corps organizations. Joint Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat Organization (JIEDDO)/Counter-IED Operations Intelligence Integration Center (COIC) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA)

The McKenna Principals is a subcontractor to Truestone Communications in support of the JIEDDO-COIC SETA contract.  This is a multiple-award five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a $200 million ceiling supporting the JIEDDO mission with independent research and experimental development, analytical, technical and operational assistance.

FBI Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW)

The McKenna Principals and teammates support the IDW contract for the FBI. IDW is a repository of the FBI’s intelligence and investigative information and is a critical component of its efforts to collect, manage and utilize information within the Bureau and numerous intelligence and law enforcement entities.

DHS Strategic Intelligence Planning, Policy, and Information Sharing Support (SIPPIS)

The McKenna Principals teamed with Booz Allen Hamilton to provide professional intelligence planning, policy, and information sharing support services to the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), Information Sharing and Intelligence Enterprise Management Division (ISIEM).

United States Navy, Military Sealift Command Total Force Management Leadership Training

The McKenna Principals partnered with Dynology Corporation to develop and deliver a comprehensive leadership training program targeting afloat civilian mariners (CIVMARs), shoreshide supervisory personnel and additionally a customer service course for shoreside N1 personnel supporting CIVMARS. Classroom and tabletop exercises were tailored to the MSC environment and included modules on general leadership / supervisory principles, building effective communication, critical thinking and team skills, career / performance coaching, innovation and strategy.

GSA Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS)

The McKenna Principals is a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman and Data Tactics Corporation in support of the DHS I&A KMD contract that provides delivery of the high side and low side cloud efforts. We provide a broad range of strategic and operational level information sharing, access control, intelligence, and privacy policy planning, capital planning investment control (CPIC) and systems engineering lifecycle (SELC) programmatic support. We've developed an enterprise engagement plan and conduct stakeholder outreach activities to identify and translate requirements into deployed innovative solutions, to develop portfolio management processes, incorporate performance metric implementation, and to align IC enterprise and segment architecture development and execution.
