Quality Assurance

The McKenna Principals uses an enterprise-wide approach to ensuring quality throughout the various aspects of managing the tasks required by SeaPort-e clients.  McKenna’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan contains corporate quality practices, processes, and internal controls to ensure quality is embedded in McKenna’s corporate culture and services.  Our system is built upon meeting all of the requirements of each task order.

We adapt our Corporate level Quality Assurance program to the requirements of each solicitation.  If awarded the task order, we brief our proposed quality metrics at the Post Award Conference.  We leverage established and accredited quality systems such as ISO 9000 and Lean Six Sigma to complement our Quality Management System to continuously innovate.

Our quality program is built on detailed planning and corporate team involvement to ensure our programmatic, technical, and analytical support and deliverables provide exceptional value for SeaPort-e clients.  The foundation of the quality program is that our leadership is engaged and involved, offering an independent review of the McKenna Principals Team's support for each task.  The two main aspects of our QC review process are: the review and evaluation of our overall support to each client and the QC of CDRL deliverables.  Generally speaking, our Project Manager is responsible for quality control on this contract and is assisted by the personnel listed below.

The table below contains the standard evaluation criteria that we monitor for every task order under SeaPort-e.  These criteria will be tailored to requirements unique to every task order.
